About Denise

I'm Denise Love, a nurse practitioner turned health content writer. I create content that's clear, accurate, and approachable - helping both individuals and healthcare organizations communicate effectively.

With over 30 years in healthcare, I've worked in pain management, emergency medicine, acute and long term care and outpatient services - giving me a deep understanding of how healthcare works from multiple perspectives. That experience shapes every piece I write, whether it's an article for a patient audience, education content for a clinic, or professional material for a health brand or medical device company.

I launched my health content writing practice in late 2024, partnering with wellness brands, clinics, healthcare organizations and medical businesses. My goal is simple: make complex health information understandable, trustworthy, and actionable for the people who rely on it - patients, providers, or professional audiences. Outside of work, you' find me enjoying the outdoors, camping, hiking, or riding in the canoe with my husband and our dogs. Those experiences also inspire how I write: thoughtful, human, and relatable.
